Overview
UP.Labs is a venture studio that builds startups from scratch, in partnership with global enterprises like Porsche. We’re hiring a Marketing Designer to support our marketing team across a large and growing portfolio of ventures — designing and shipping high-quality work across web, presentations, print, and other marketing deliverables.
This is not a production role. We need someone who ships real work with intention: sites that launch, decks that land.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with our marketing team, supporting multiple ventures at various stages. Day-to-day, that means delivering polished design across a range of formats — and owning brand standards, both maintaining what exists and creating what doesn’t yet.
Web Design & Development (Primary Focus)

Design and build marketing websites across the portfolio, from landing pages to full product sites

Ship independently in Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or comparable tools — or directly in code

Support the full build cycle: design, prototype, implement, QA, launch

Ensure responsive, accessible, performant execution across devices
Marketing Collateral

Design across a full range of marketing formats — presentations, pitch decks, one-sheets, social media graphics, email templates, and more

Turn complex product narratives into clear, persuasive visual stories

Build reusable templates and systems that scale across ventures
Brand Standards (Nice to Have)

Create and maintain brand guidelines for ventures across the portfolio

Lead or contribute to brand sprints when new ventures need an identity fast: logos, visual systems, typography, color

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints — web, presentations, and print collateral
Requirements
Required

Strong ownership, judgment, and experience on distributed remote teams

An online portfolio showing:

Real, launched websites you designed and built
-
Marketing collateral work — presentations, one-sheets, social graphics, etc.

Hands-on experience shipping in code, or no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or similar

Stellar attention to detail with a strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Fluent English; availability to overlap with U.S. business hours (PT)
Strong Preference

Brand design experience — ideally a 0-to-1 brand build or clear evidence of leading a brand sprint

Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite

HTML/CSS fluency beyond no-code tools

Agency, venture studio, or fast-moving startup background
Bonus

Motion or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animation)

Video production or editing (short-form marketing content, product demos)

Deep brand craft — a specialist-level identity and visual systems portfolio

Print and production design experience (editorial, packaging, environmental)
