Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Entry & Shopify Specialist based in Latin America to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing quote data, managing spreadsheets, building and updating landing pages on Shopify, and using AI tools to streamline administrative workflows.
This is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity offering a consistent schedule with an early finish on Fridays, along with great potential for long-term career growth within the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review quotes and accurately transfer detailed information into spreadsheets.
- Organize, maintain, and audit quote data to ensure maximum accuracy.
- Create and update landing pages on Shopify using the native page editor and page builder applications.
- Utilize AI tools to support administrative tasks and optimize daily processes.
- Communicate effectively across teams and manage daily tasks independently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Location: Must be physically located in Latin America.
- Availability: Immediate availability to start.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (excellent spoken and written skills required).
- Experience: Previous background in data entry, administrative support, or Shopify management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and Shopify page editors or page builder apps.
- Tech Aptitude: Comfortable using AI tools to assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

- Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Compensation & Benefits
