- Lead the Nacora sales team to achieve commercial objectives while building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Drive business growth by developing opportunities with existing customers and prospecting new clients.
- Support the sales team with complex insurance quotations, negotiations, and customer proposals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective commercial management and post-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance, CRM data quality, and key commercial KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in sales and team management.
- Experience in customer service, business development, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in freight forwarding, cargo insurance, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Lead the commercial strategy of a growing cargo insurance business within a global logistics organization.
