What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and guide them through the sales process to close deals
- Engage homeowners, build rapport quickly, and convert conversations into booked appointments
- Follow a structured framework while maintaining a natural and confident delivery
- Qualify prospects and ensure all required information is collected accurately
What We’re Looking For
- C1-level English proficiency with fluent, clear, articulate, and confident verbal communication
- Experience selling over the phone in industries such as solar, home improvement, insurance, telecommunications, or financial services
- Strong phone presence; professional, not scripted
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call center environments
- Results-driven mindset focused on performance metrics and conversions
- Coachable and adaptable; able to implement feedback quickly
- Make 250–300 outbound cold calls per day while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Compensation
- $800 USD/month + performance incentives
Schedule
- Full-time position requiring availability to work six days per week, Monday through Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled based on business needs.

Pay: $157,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
