About this Role:
As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our support team, reporting to a Support Manager. Your role involves providing exceptional user support, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Oracle Primavera Unifier and any other specified products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and maintain high-quality standards and drive process improvements. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support and user administration for Oracle Primavera Unifier and any other specified products
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, taking ownership of ticket resolution, including follow-ups and communications
- Configure and modify custom business processes, workflow setups, templates, and user-attribute forms
- Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications
- Own, maintain and improve knowledge base documentation, including instructions for addressing frequently occurring support issues
- Lead customer communication and customer meetings for support (verbal and written)
- Review, maintain, and support existing processes to ensure data quality and continual improvement
- Coordinate with Oracle to address and resolve any identified bugs
- Build reports to support business analysis and user inquiries
- Prepare technical documents on processes, including support instructions for frequently occurring issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction and effective communication
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-5 years of experience in a techno-functional support role with Oracle Primavera Unifier
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with stakeholder management and communicating with clear, timely updates
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills to align with higher level technical teams to ensure resolution in timely maner
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

- Experience with integration development and middleware products is a plus
