Compliance Analyst
Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City

Position Role
We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join the Legal Compliance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their compliance career who is interested in KYC, AML, and Due Diligence processes and wants to grow within a structured, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support KYC screenings and review customer or third-party information.
- Assist with Due Diligence reviews, including document collection and validation.
- Identify potential compliance or AML risks and escalate findings to senior team members when needed.
- Analyze basic financial and client documentation.
- Help maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.
- Retrieve information from internal systems and databases to support reviews and investigations.
- Support the team with process improvements, reporting, and internal communications related to compliance topics.
- Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines accurately.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are welcome.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Compliance, KYC, AML, Due Diligence, or a related field (internships count).
- Basic understanding of KYC and AML concepts (training can be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze information and follow defined processes.
- Good English level, written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
