How will you make a difference?
As an intern in the Talent Acquisition LATAM Team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to screening resumes. You will work closely with our Mexico Talent Acquisition Partner, Human Resources Partners and Hiring Managers to identify top talent and contribute to the growth of our organization. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle, exposure to various industries, and the chance to develop essential skills in human resources.
The Intern will be located in Monterrey, MX and will support activities for all the region’s locations, including planning and participation in university events and other projects related. The student will be part of Latin America’s team, which also includes working close with Brazil and Chile initiatives.
What do we want to know about you?
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
· Fluency in English.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a bonus but not required.
What will your typical day look like?
· Support in sourcing and screening potential candidates through selected platforms.
· Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups to ensure engagement.
· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
· Assist in organizing and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
· Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
· Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, being available to support hiring managers and HR Managers in situations related to salaried recruitment processes.
· Participate in TA and HR programs and projects to ensure exposure and skills development.

Pay: $10,000.00 per month
