Webflow Website Designer (Contract / Freelance)
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Website Designer to design and build high-quality custom websites from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage tight deadlines, and takes pride in creating polished, conversion-focused digital experiences without relying on templates.
Responsibilities

Design and develop fully custom websites in Webflow from scratch

Create modern, responsive, and user-friendly website designs tailored to client goals

Build websites without the use of pre-made templates

Translate brand identity and content into clean, engaging web experiences

Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and usability
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and execute revisions quickly
-
Manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive timelines and delivery deadlines
-
Implement animations, interactions, and advanced layouts within Webflow
-
Perform thorough QA testing on all work before delivery
-
Ensure websites meet ADA accessibility standards and follow accessibility best practices

Test websites across browsers, screen sizes, and devices to ensure consistent functionality and user experience
Requirements

Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow

Strong portfolio showcasing fully custom website projects

Excellent UI/UX design skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Strong understanding of responsive design principles

Experience with CMS setup and content structure in Webflow

Ability to independently QA and troubleshoot technical and design issues

Knowledge of ADA compliance and web accessibility standards

Strong communication and project management skills
