About the Role
An international technology company focused on SaaS platforms and marketplace solutions is looking for a highly hands-on, strategic, and growth-oriented Senior Marketing Manager.
This role will lead and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on demand generation, user acquisition, positioning, and pipeline growth for technology platforms operating across the United States and Latin America.
We are NOT looking for a purely corporate branding or agency-management profile.
We are looking for a true growth marketing operator with direct experience executing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and working inside fast-growing SaaS/startup environments.
Position Objective
Lead and execute the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, driving measurable growth through:
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute B2B growth marketing strategies.
Translate positioning into measurable campaigns and initiatives.
Generate pipeline and commercial opportunities.
Execute multi-channel performance-driven campaigns.
Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Optimize CPC, CAC, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
Execute A/B testing and continuous experimentation.
Develop landing pages and acquisition funnels.
Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior.
Generate actionable insights based on data.
Measure impact on pipeline, revenue, and acquisition.
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Align messaging, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial objectives.
Participate in strategic growth decisions.
Ideal Profile
7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Background in SaaS, startups, marketplaces, or technology companies.
Proven hands-on campaign execution experience.
Experience working in fast-growth environments.
Experience targeting the US market.
