We’re growing our team and seeking a motivated professional in Mexico to join us remotely. No prior knowledge of U.S. law is required—what matters most is your willingness to learn, strong client-service mindset, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to collect initial information, provide updates, and respond to general inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital and physical case files—ensuring all documents are properly labeled, organized, and accessible.
- Enter and update case information in our internal case-management system.
- Coordinate with medical providers and vendors to request treatment records, bills, and related documentation.
- Support the preparation of case-evaluation materials such as treatment timelines, client-communication records, and summary documents.
- Schedule and help manage appointments, calls, and follow-ups for case managers.
- Provide general administrative support: data entry, scanning/uploading files, filing, and assisting with workflow tasks.
- Uphold a client-first attitude: you’ll serve as an advocate for our clients’ needs, ensuring their experience with our firm is positive and responsive.
Qualifications:
- Based in Mexico and able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Fluent in English; good written and verbal communication skills.
- University education (bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new software tools.
- Friendly, client-oriented mindset: you take pride in helping others, communicating clearly, and maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated and reliable: working remotely requires discipline, good time-management and effective collaboration across time zones.
