As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and support a team to ensure operational goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will assist in overseeing daily activities, supporting team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
You will report directly to our Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact team performance, operational excellence, and contribute to achieving business objectives by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Experience in team coordination or supervisory support roles.
- Knowledge of operational processes and ability to assist in managing workflow.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used within the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate team members.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
