As part of our Global Mobility team, you will serve as a trusted advisor for employment tax matters across the Americas. You'll partner with experts from Tax, Payroll, Finance, HR, and external advisors to ensure employees working across borders remain compliant with international tax and social security regulations.

Lead tax compliance activities for cross-border employment across multiple countries in the Americas.

Manage complex international mobility tax matters, including Tax Equalization, Shadow Payroll, and income sourcing.

Partner with Global Mobility, Payroll, Corporate Tax, Finance, HR, and external vendors to deliver compliant and efficient mobility solutions.

Support internal and external tax audits while ensuring adherence to international tax and social security regulations.

Monitor legislative changes and emerging trends in international taxation and payroll.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize global mobility tax processes.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries and functions.

Act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance, training, and support to regional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in international taxation, Global Mobility, employment tax, or cross-border payroll within a multinational environment.

Strong expertise in international income tax, Tax Equalization, Shadow Payroll, corporate tax principles, and cross-border employment compliance.

Solid understanding of international tax treaties and social security agreements.

Experience supporting tax audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business challenges.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multicultural environments.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality and customer focus.

Professional proficiency in English is required.
