We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Puerto Vallarta office.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the ongoing point of contact for clients navigating the bankruptcy process. You'll answer questions, provide case updates, resolve concerns, review and approve documents, handle virtual reception, and ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9:30am-7:00pm (8:30am to 6:00pm when time zone changes in US)
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and provide case updates to existing clients
- Resolve client concerns with patience and professionalism
- Review and approve client documents
- Handle virtual reception and respond to client communications
- Document interactions and update case notes
- Coordinate with legal team on client needs
Requirements:
- English B2+ required (daily US client contact)
- Empathy and clear communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
- Proactive, accountable, self-driven
Nice to Have:
- Customer service experience
- Experience with case management systems
