Your Impact
In this role at Equivity, you'll support the procedures necessary for a successful sale. Your contributions will help us streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance, which will ultimately drive our success and growth in the industry.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on HR best practices and workforce planning.

Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategies.

Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance company culture.

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires successfully.

Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters.

Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.

Conduct investigations and manage grievance procedures as needed.

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and compliance.

Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments when necessary.

Track key HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring timeframes, compensation trends, and training investments.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with a track record of driving growth and leading successful teams. both written and verbal.

Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in English (a language assessment will be conducted during the hiring process)

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Guide labor laws, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
