Legal Intake Specialist – Personal Injury
We are seeking an experienced Legal Intake Specialist to help personal injury law firms convert qualified inquiries into signed clients.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads quickly by phone, text, and email
- Conduct intake interviews using firm-approved questions
- Collect accident details, documents, and insurance information
- Explain the firm’s intake process and approved engagement terms
- Send retainers and consistently follow up for signatures
- Maintain accurate notes and update the CRM
- Escalate legal questions and case-acceptance decisions to an attorney
Requirements
- Experience in personal injury intake, legal sales, or client conversion
- Proven ability to convert qualified leads into signed retainers
- Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, persistent, professional, and comfortable working with KPIs
- Familiarity with legal CRMs and electronic retainer agreements
This position does not involve providing legal advice, setting fees, or independently accepting cases. All legal decisions remain with the supervising attorney.
