The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across a hybrid manufacturing environment that includes legacy manual processes and advanced automated systems. This position is responsible for building, consolidating, and optimizing production databases, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and quality. The role collaborates closely with the Sr. Manufacturing Improvement Engineer and other stakeholders to enable continuous improvement and prepare the organization for full automation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Inventory Management.

Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.

Support forecasting and planning processes through data analysis, scenario modeling, and insights generation.

Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics to drive decision-making.

Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to align data and business requirements.

Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility through BI tools and data visualization platforms.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, planning, and reporting systems.

Collaborate with team on root cause analysis for supply chain deviations, shortages, excess inventory, and demand fluctuations.

Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, inventory performance, and customer service levels.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analytics and performance tracking.
