Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier quality management and performance monitoring
- Supplier audits and quality assessments
- Non-conformance management and corrective actions
- Root cause analysis and problem solving
- 8D, CAPA, and continuous improvement
- Quality documentation and reporting
- PPAP/APQP support Validation & Quality standards and procedures
- Cross-functional coordination
- Data analysis and KPI tracking
- Supplier development and follow-up & Customer and supplier communication
- IATF strong Knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality automotive industry.
- Advanced English proficiency
