At SoftwareOne, we are looking for a recent graduate from technology-related fields who is interested in developing within a hybrid role as a Help Desk and Technical Support Analyst.
In this position, you will provide both remote and on-site support to users, ensuring an efficient, approachable, and high-quality service experience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in incident and request management, basic infrastructure support, equipment configuration and maintenance, while collaborating with different internal teams and participating in technology improvement initiatives focused on user experience.
Responsibilities
Manage service requests and incidents through support management tools, including troubleshooting, follow-up, and first-level issue resolution.- Provide remote and on-site support for devices, applications, connectivity, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on technology equipment and peripherals.
- Escalate incidents when required, ensuring compliance with established response and resolution times.
- Maintain updated technical documentation, inventories, and technology asset records.
- Support technology deployments and internal initiatives related to infrastructure and technical support.
What we need to see from you:
- Technical degree or studies in Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- No technical job experience required, only studies.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, remote connectivity, and hardware support.
- Familiarity with support management tools and best practices for handling technology incidents and requests.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge or certification in technology service management best practices.
- Experience with deployment and device configuration tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management and technology asset administration.
