- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
- Experience managing relationships with C-level stakeholders in the education or public sector.
- Experience selling transformative technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) or cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Higher Education or K-12 sector, including procurement cycles and policy issues.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects separately.
- Strong thinking and negotiation skills.

As a Senior Field Sales Representative, you will manage key accounts and complex territories. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive educational leaders, drive complex business agreements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale adoption.
- Analyze data and leverage existing tools/resources, and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to prepare data, structure, and execute analysis.
- Execute developed business strategies for specific markets or customers, in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer and leverage products to deliver goals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to work towards mutual business objectives, advise customers on best business practices, and share updates on opportunities and activities with accounts.
