We are looking for a diligent Accounting Analyst to join our Record to Report (R2R) team supporting North America & the Caribbean. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records across multiple entities, including Canada, Bermuda, Barbados, Cayman Islands and U.S. Captives. You'll work within a Global Capability Center, collaborating with Controllership, Finance and Audit teams across the region, while gaining exposure to international accounting practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare, review and post journal entries (regular, delegated and ad-hoc), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and proactively follow up on open or aging items through to resolution.

Support month-end close activities, including banking close processes for Canada & Bermuda.

Compose, modify and reconcile fixed/business assets, including depreciation reclass entries.

Assist with internal and external audit requests, SOX testing and self-assessment reviews.

Supply to special projects such as revenue recognition reviews and process automation initiatives (e.g., Trintech, Power BI, Power Apps).

Partner with regional and global teams to share guidelines and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (account reconciliations, journal entries, general accounting).

Intermediate to Sophisticated English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and/or Trintech is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, commitment to delivering outcomes, and a collaborative, positive attitude.
