Call Center Manager — Remote | $8–$20 USD/Hour
Prairie Pro Exteriors is hiring a full-time Call Center Manager in Mexico to manage a team of 9 outbound appointment setters.
Our team contacts U.S. homeowners to schedule qualified HVAC replacement appointments.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time
Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Pay
$8–$20 USD per hour
Starting pay is $8/hour with the ability to increase up to $20/hour based on the team's performance and qualified appointments completed.
Responsibilities
Manage and motivate 4 outbound callers
Track daily calls and appointments
Coach reps and review calls
Improve appointment quality and show rates
Make sure the team follows the script and process
Keep the team on schedule and productive
Report daily results to management
Requirements
Strong English
Previous call center management or team-lead experience
Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable managing employees by performance metrics
Reliable computer and internet connection
Experience in Roofing, home improvement, or U.S.-based call centers is a plus.
