The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Building Information Modeling, strong proficiency in computational design tools such as Dynamo, and hands-on experience with the Autodesk Ecosystem, administering Autodesk Forma (formerly Construction Cloud - ACC) environments to streamline collaboration and project delivery. This position also plays a key role in reducing rework, mitigating risks associated with technology enhancements, and ensuring efficient data flow into downstream systems such as ERP platforms. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities: BIM Architecture.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows and standards aligned with Autodesk Forma solutions.
- Architect scalable BIM processes that enhance coordination, data quality, and project efficiency.
- Manage and refine parametric modeling standards to ensure accurate, efficient integration with ERP systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology enhancements, ensuring stable and reliable BIM operations.
Responsibilities: Autodesk Forma Administration.
- Manage Autodesk Forma modules, including permissions, project setup, templates, document control, and workflow automation.
- Ensure Autodesk Forma environments support seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously improve Autodesk Forma workflows to reduce rework, eliminate inefficiencies, and support consistent project delivery.
Responsibilities: Computational Design & Automation.
- Create, maintain, and deploy Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks, improve model quality, and enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for computational design solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Support automation initiatives that strengthen data accuracy and reduce downstream system errors.
Responsibilities: Library & Content Management.
- Develop, maintain, and govern BIM libraries, ensuring accuracy, standardization, and ease of access.
- Oversee the creation, QA, and lifecycle management of BIM content across disciplines.
- Ensure all company products remain current and accurately represented within BIM models, maintaining change control workflows so product updates, revisions, and configuration changes are properly reviewed, approved, and reflected across all coordinated models.
- Manage content standards and parametric modeling parameters sourced from the Product Information Management (PIM) system, supporting the integration between PIM and BIM to ensure accurate, efficient data flow into ERP systems and reduce downstream rework.
Responsibilities: Integration Oversight.
- Coordinate BIM integrations with project management, construction, ERP, PIM, and visualization platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new tools or plugins that strengthen interoperability and data flow.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively address technology-related risks or bottlenecks.
Responsibilities: 2D to 3D Transformation.
- Manage the transition from 2D drafting to 3D model-based workflows, applying best practices and effective change management principles.
- Support teams through process adoption, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reduced rework during the transformation.
