The Analyst will help manage and follow up on Trade Marketing activities, administrative processes, and purchase orders, ensuring the proper execution of commercial initiatives. Analyze sales, performance, and operational information using advanced Excel tools to generate reports and insights that support decision-making and the growth of the franchise network.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on the execution of Trade Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor compliance with promotions, activations, and point-of-sale materials.
Track commercial and brand performance indicators
Collaborate with franchisees and internal departments to ensure the proper implementation of commercial strategies.
Administration and Purchase Orders
Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders.
Coordinate the approval process and budget control.
Follow up with suppliers, invoicing, and payments.
Keep administrative documentation and records up to date.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventories, campaigns, and franchise performance.
Analyze information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and indicators using advanced Excel.
Generate recommendations based on quantitative analysis to support decision-making.
Franchise Management ·
Provide operational and commercial follow-up for the franchise network.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and results.
Maintain effective communication with franchisees and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Trade Marketing, commercial analysis, or administration.
Experience managing purchase orders and administrative processes.
Experience working with franchises or points of sale is desirable.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis.
Experience managing databases and preparing executive reports.
Knowledge of commercial and financial indicators.
Experience using ERP systems or purchase order systems is desirable.

This position requires conducting business operations across the Latin America region. To perform the essential functions of this role, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
