Mission of the Role:Assure Floor operations on all transformation steps necessary to reach plant targets, guarantee correct resources usage on Visteon Reynosa: Materials, people, machines & financial assets to reach manufacturing cost in budget (scraps, direct labor & overhead),
Key Objectives of this Role:
- Ensuring the accomplishment of all safety procedures in the daily activities.
- Perform & assure the mandatory tools, procedures, meetings & governances according with Visteon guidelines.
- Assure quality system, (IATF & MPQA) respect in all process phases.
- Stablish proper analysis & corrective actions to correct & prevent any deviation on plan KPI’s under his control.
- Stablish proper actions to guarantee successful launches of new products &/or engineering changes.
- Control the production requirements & assure their executions according with BTS.
- Maintain budget in place regarding scrap, labor & overhead

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- 10 Years of shopfloor operations
- Lean manufacturing experience.
