Role Summary
The client is a fast-moving consumer wellness brand creating fast-acting, nicotine-free calming pouches. Built from the ground up by its two founders through viral social content, UGC, and customer reviews, the brand is expanding its landing pages, campaigns, and paid social activity, and needs a consistent stream of high-quality static creative built to capture attention and convert.
This is not a role for someone who waits for briefs or asks approval on every small decision. It is an ownership role for a commercially minded creative who can take a campaign goal, develop the visual approach, execute the assets, and recommend the next test.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the founder and an existing fractional media buyer who owns Meta strategy and optimization. You own research, concepts, static ad production, landing-page and email graphics, testing variations, asset organization, and performance-led iteration. Media buying experience makes a candidate especially valuable but is not required; the priority is independent ownership of a reliable pipeline of testable, performance-oriented creative.
Core Responsibilities:
Performance Creative Strategy & Research
- Study competitor ads, landing pages, and emerging creative patterns using Motion, Atria, Meta Ad Library, or similar tools, and translate winning hooks, angles, and layouts into original on-brand concepts.
- Build campaign concepts and testing plans for new landing pages, including three distinct campaign directions per landing page when required.
- Maintain a backlog of creative hypotheses and bring proactive recommendations instead of waiting for assignments.
Static Creative Production
- Design high-quality, conversion-focused static ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
- Translate the brand's proven UGC videos and customer reviews into review-based and social-proof still ads, preserving the native, internet-born voice the brand grew up on, never corporate.
- Use Figma, Canva, and AI image-generation tools to rapidly produce concepts, polished compositions, and testing variations across required placements and formats.
- Deliver organized, production-ready files with clear naming, version control, and handoff notes.
Performance Analysis & Creative Iteration
- Review performance with the media buyer using CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, and turn data into clear decisions: what to iterate, scale, stop, and test next.
- Document creative learnings so each production round benefits from prior campaign results.
Creative Operations & Ownership
- Own the end-to-end creative workflow and prioritize across simultaneous landing pages and deadlines without constant follow-up.
- Use approved product claims and brand guidance; flag compliance or messaging risks before launch.
- Where qualified, support Meta campaign setup, testing structure, and launch quality checks in coordination with the media buyer.
Core Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years in performance creative, graphic design, creative strategy, or paid social content for e-commerce or consumer brands.
- A strong portfolio of static ads and conversion-focused graphics; applicants must be able to explain the objective, decisions, and results behind selected work.
- Strong hands-on Figma and/or Canva ability with sound judgment in layout, typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Practical experience using AI image-generation and language tools in a disciplined production workflow.
- Working knowledge of paid social creative principles, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Strong written English for concise headlines, hooks, supporting copy, and calls to action.
- High ownership, reliable follow-through, and independent remote work.
Preferred:
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager, media buying, or creative testing experience at meaningful spend levels.
- Experience with DTC wellness, supplements, or other policy-sensitive consumer categories.
- Landing-page and email creative experience, not only social posts.
- Repeatable AI workflows: prompt libraries, templates, or Claude MCP-enabled processes.
Tools & Platforms You May Use
- Figma, Canva; Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ChatGPT image generation, Claude, and other approved AI tools.
- Motion, Atria, Meta Ad Library; Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- ClickUp or similar task tracking tools; Google Workspace and Notion.
- Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or the client's preferred communication software.

Work Hours & Compensation
- Remote | Full-Time (40 hours per week).
