First 90-Day Mission
If you hire someone, their initial objectives should not be:
* Increase census

Instead:
Days 1–30
* Map every operational function.
* Identify every recurring task.
* Identify all current bottlenecks.
* Review every position and responsibility.
* Build organizational chart.
* Establish weekly executive reporting.
Days 31–60
* Create SOP library.
* Create KPI scorecards for every position.
* Implement accountability meetings.
* Develop dashboard reporting.
* Establish escalation pathways.
Days 61–90
* Measure performance.
* Identify weak positions.
* Improve workflows.
* Recommend staffing changes.
* Present a complete operational blueprint.
At the end of 90 days, you should be able to ask:
“If three people resigned tomorrow, would the business continue functioning?”
If the answer is yes, the Director of Operations is succeeding.

Position Overview
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
You will be responsible for helping oversee daily operations, implementing systems, managing projects, coordinating teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring accountability throughout the organization.
This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations leader who enjoys building systems and improving organizational performance.
