• Sell Nobel's business unit products, and potentially sell products from other Envista business units if the company communicates this strategy. • Visit existing clients (sell-in) and prospect for new clients. • Visit end clients (dentists) and perform sell-out activities. • Plan, organize, and conduct sales training sessions on Nobel's products and services to promote them. • Actively participate in T&E events and/or trade shows and conferences by demonstrating, explaining, and selling products from your portfolio. • Provide support, attention, creation, and management of T&E events. • Define initiatives and strategies to generate opportunities for new clients, expand the market, and gain market share. • Execute the visit plan/sales action plan and report visits and sales information in the company system; • Propose process improvements and initiatives to enhance sales performance; • Resolve problems in simple situations; analyze potential solutions using technical expertise, judgment, and precedent; • May require instruction, guidance, and direction from other coworkers and/or senior supervisors in your region; • Follow company processes and policies • Prepare periodic reports • Other duties as assigned
