The objective of the Engineering Superintendent position is to lead and coordinate the engineering department to ensure the achievement of production goals, continuous improvement, and process optimization within the plant. Additionally, the role aims to ensure the implementation of engineering projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in production, meeting established standards and contributing to the company's competitiveness in the manufacturing sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise, coordinate, and direct engineering projects within the manufacturing plant, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with the company's objectives.

Manage continuous improvement of production processes by identifying opportunities to optimize resources, time, and costs to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations in all engineering operations within the plant.

Coordinate the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and tools in the manufacturing area, ensuring their seamless integration into the production processes.

Develop and manage the budgets for engineering projects, ensuring the efficient use of allocated resources and the adherence to established deadlines.

Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to production processes, implementing effective and preventive solutions.

Provide technical and strategic leadership to engineering teams, promoting skill and knowledge development within the team.

Collaborate closely with other key departments such as maintenance, quality, logistics, and production to ensure continuous process improvement.
