About the Role of Real Estate Disposition Representative
We’re looking for driven residential real estate disposition specialist to help us negotiate and assign our wholesale investment opportunities through our direct, inhouse buyer base. Unlike traditional cold calling sales strategies, you’ll be contacting buyers who have contacted us for residential investment opportunities —giving you a warm entry to present our fix & flip or long-term hold investments.
This career is ideal for someone with an understanding of leveraged financing, cash on cash returns, subject-to benefits, and cash flow. Strong negotiation skills, phone sales experience, interpersonal skills, and can follow scripts, processes, and has a passion for real estate investing. We’ll equip you with proven scripts, tools, and training—and offer both a base salary plus commission on every sale you secure. End to end sales cycle is approximately two to six weeks.
What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Disposition Representative
- Contacting buyers who have responded to our outbound marketing campaigns for a specific property's investment opportunity.
- Build rapport, explain our wholesale opportunity in a variety of exit scenarios; fix & flip, fix & hold, subject-to benefits, and other creative exits for buyer benefits.
- Log all activity, calls, notes, follow ups, and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with our acquisitions team to understand and pursue qualified opportunities.
What We're Looking For in a Real Estate Disposition Representative
- Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfort following structured scripts and handling objections with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and Salesforce data tracking.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results driven.
- Sales experience (real estate, timeshares, investments, etc.) is a big plus.
- Real estate experience is required.
Compensation & Career Path:
- Base of hourly $9.00 USD plus $350 USD commission on every closed deal
- Top performers earn minimum $6,000 to $23,500 pesos per week
- 10 days PTP plus six major US holidays and birthdays PTO
- Clear career advancement path into higher leadership or management
- 100% Remote
- Full-time 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday PST
