A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Communications Specialist working for Siemens Energy in Mexico and LATAM, you will drive the planning and execution of the local branding strategy in Mexico while serving as a project management support in strategic projects for the broader Latin American region. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of branding and positioning initiatives, such as digital communications, social media outreach
and event management, connecting our local strategies with the company's global vision.
In addition to local execution, this position supports the regional communications hub by helping to orchestrate cross-border campaigns, driving agile project delivery, and integrating advanced AI tools to scale content creation and digital strategy. It is a dynamic, high-impact role at the center of energy transformation, designed to amplify the brand's presence across multiple channels and markets.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead the development and execution of Mexico’s branding and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy global priorities.
- Plan, manage, and execute internal and external events when it’s required (e.g. thought leadership conferences, employer branding).

Oversee local brand governance, ensuring global brand standards are applied consistently across all external touchpoints, while managing suppliers, agencies and event partners.
- Support the design and rollout of digital communications and social media campaigns, producing engaging content, managing channels, and monitoring KPIs to boost reach and engagement.
- Integrate advanced AI tools to enhance content generation, campaign optimization, social listening, and data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications.
- Proven experience in managing social media content and online/offline brand campaigns, following KPIs such as CTR, reach, impressions and engagement rate.
- Strong project management expertise, with the ability to lead complex communication initiatives from conception to completion across a matrixed regional organization; familiarity with agile working and project management methodologies is highly valued.

Creative, proactive and solution-oriented professional, with hands-on experience in corporate branding and skilled at independently managing multiple priorities.

Proven proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools to support communication strategies, scale content creation, and drive process automation.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse and multicultural environments.
