Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for Sales, Operations, Finance and Manufacturing. Responsible for reviewing, processing and managing all order and order related transactions. The individual provides quality customer service order transactions including order status, shipments/deliveries, returns, product price and availability and managing customer specific data.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide timely order management support from order entry to post shipment.
- Invoice customers’ orders, checking customer administrative requirements.
- Providing shipment info, proof of delivery and responding to status inquiries.
- Proficient in windows applications such as Microsoft Office tools.
- Interface with Sales Teams, ensure proper discount and commission guidelines are followed.
- Interface with internal teams, Finance, Fulfillment, purchasing to assist and resolve order related questions and issues.
- Provide after shipment support by tracking orders.
- Follow up customer survey.
- Follow up customers complaints.
This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role
- Two year’s related experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Teams. Experienced CRM and ERP user, preferably Microsoft AX/Dynamics
