We are looking for a Supplier Integrations Agent to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and analytical person, with good communication skills and a passion for the tourism sector. Our future teammate will be responsible for the following functions reporting directly to Destination Management Senior of Supplier Integrations.
Responsibilities:

Management of the distribution channels of MTS/OTS Globe through the Channel Manager between the hotel and the incoming agency for our Tour Operator clients.
- Ensure the correct updating of data in all distribution channels of the online contracts.
- Ensure the correct commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and destination delegations.
- Ability to analyse the different distribution channels.
- Review best practices to be implemented.
- Propose and suggest improvements for the correct online distribution.
- Act as an interlocutor between hotels and corporate teams with the aim of improving communication flows.
- General application/process support for daily tasks: Being first level support in our destination (Americas) for questions and doubts.
