Platzi is the largest technology school in the Hispanic world with over 6 million students and 4,000 companies trusting us to deliver effective online education. Requirements
What you do

Owns the calendar end-to-end. Protects the CEO's time and resolves conflicts across time zones (he's based in PT).

Prepares the CEO for every meeting. Builds briefs, gathers context, and makes sure he walks in ready.

Keeps every commitment on track. Owns follow-ups and pending items so nothing slips.

Manages travel and logistics end-to-end. Handles itineraries, bookings, and on-the-ground details, with support from a travel manager.

Handles personal finances and expenses. Manages them with precision and total confidentiality.

Runs the personal side. Coordinates vendors, household, some family logistics, and the moving pieces of daily life.

Manages event and speaking relationships. Handles the people inviting the CEO to events, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

Anticipates needs before they're voiced. Sees what's coming and handles it ahead of time.
Who you are

7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level.

English and Spanish fluent.

Bogotá preferred, CDMX possible.
