We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physician with experience or interest in regenerative medicine, integrative health, and anti-aging therapies. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about personalized care, medical innovation, and long-term patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assessment and Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history taking, physical exams, and review of laboratory/imaging data.
- Diagnose underlying health conditions and determine patient eligibility for regenerative or anti-aging therapies.
2. Personalized Treatment Planning
- Develop customized treatment protocols based on patient needs, lifestyle, and clinical history.
- Incorporate regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, peptide protocols, and nutritional support into patient care plans.
3. Administration of Regenerative Therapies
- Oversee or administer therapies such as:
- Stem cell infusions (IV, localized)
- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
- Exosome nebulization or injections
- Ozone and vitamin infusions
- Ensure treatments follow approved clinical protocols and safety standards.
4. Anti-Aging and Wellness Management
- Offer guidance and supervise anti-aging interventions including:
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Detoxification and immune support therapies
5. Patient Communication and Education
- Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment plans, risks, and benefits.
- Provide guidance on long-term health, lifestyle improvements, and preventative care.
6. Ongoing Monitoring and Follow-Up
- Track patient outcomes and adapt treatments accordingly.
- Review laboratory and imaging data to assess treatment efficacy and patient progress.
7. Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Coordinate with specialists such as endocrinologists, nutritionists, physical therapists, and others as needed to provide holistic care.
8. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to COFEPRIS regulations and international medical standards.
- Uphold ethical standards in patient care, research, and treatment delivery.
9. Research and Professional Development
- Stay informed about new developments in regenerative and anti-aging medicine.
- Participate in clinical research, protocol development, and contribute to scientific publications when possible.
- Engage in regular professional development and training provided by ISSCA and affiliated organizations.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice in Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience in regenerative, functional, integrative, or anti-aging medicine preferred.
- Training or certification in hormone therapy, stem cell therapy, or PRP is an asset.
- Strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Comfortable with a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.
