As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the global energy sector, we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage the Project/Country workshop facilities and related resources, guaranteeing an efficient maintenance and repair service for the company's fleet of heavy machinery and mobile plant.

Workshop & Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate day-to-day maintenance and repair jobs within the workshop and across project sites (including remote areas/right of way);

Fleet Maintenance: Supervise and execute all levels of servicing, troubleshooting (mechanical and electronic), and repairs on earth-moving equipment, lifting equipment, trucks, and specific Oil & Gas machinery (e.g., pipelayers, bending machines);

Team Leadership: Manage, prioritize, and delegate work to a small mobile team of mechanics, ensuring safety compliance, performance monitoring, and hands-on technical guidance;

Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, source parts, compare supplier prices, and organize the procurement of workshop supplies and tools;

Reporting & Reporting: Handle workshop administration, including complete/accurate maintenance paperwork, internal inspections tracking, and regular coordination with Site and Plant Management.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor, ideally within large-scale EPC or pipeline projects in remote locations;

Solid technical expertise in mechanical and electronic troubleshooting on heavy machinery and earth-moving brands (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Liebherr);

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and resource optimization;

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under stressful or challenging environmental conditions;

Fluent in English (spoken and written);

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and project management.
