Job Description:
Join our dynamic Manufacturing Supply Chain team as a Flow Controller, a key role connecting material planning and execution to ensure operational continuity. This position is responsible for securing material availability at the right time and place, balancing demand, capacity, supply, and inventory to prevent disruptions in manufacturing operations.
The Flow Controller acts as the bridge between planning and shopfloor execution, leveraging MRP processes, inventory optimization strategies, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Drive material replenishment strategies for raw materials, components, and/or finished goods using MRP systems

Execute MRP planning and replenishment processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service and cost objectives

Define, maintain, and adjust inventory parameters (safety stock, lead times, replenishment methods such as MRP, ROP, Kanban)

Manage purchase order portfolio, including rescheduling, expediting, and supplier follow-up

Identify and resolve shortages, discrepancies, and excess stock through root-cause analysis

Manage ERP exception messages and escalate risks to avoid line-down situations

Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams

Translate planning outputs into shopfloor execution aligned with manufacturing schedules

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow and performance

Ensure data accuracy and visibility using ERP and inventory management tools

Proven experience in materials planning or supply chain within manufacturing, with ownership of inventory, safety stock, and supply continuity decisions beyond transactional execution

Strong analytical mindset, with advanced use of systems (SAP or similar) and Excel to drive data-based decisions in fast-paced environments

Experience working with MRP, inventory planning, and end-to-end supply chain concepts (demand, supply, SIOP fundamentals)

Ability to manage supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and escalations, including exposure to local and international suppliers

Strong problem-solving capability, with experience managing exceptions and acting with urgency

Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused, with a high level of ownership

Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field

Advanced English required for daily communication and stakeholder interaction

Is highly analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail

Is comfortable working in dynamic environments with constant prioritization

Has strong ownership and accountability for results
