CBS is expanding into advanced warehouse automation, robotics integration, and intelligent logistics solutions. We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to help lead this growth initiative in MTY/MX Region.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Automation/Robotic sectors
- Sell automation and robotics solutions including robotic palletizers, AMR/AGV systems, intelligent material handling (forklifts), and warehouse automation systems
- Identify and secure new business opportinities, tenders and strategic cooperation projects in the intelligent manufacturing and logistic secotors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop customized solutions
- Represent CBS Global at trade shows and industry events
- Develop strategic account plans and long-term partnership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (automation, robotics, material handling, warehouse systems, or related industries preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Ability to sell consultatively and articulate ROI-driven solutions
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling automation systems, robotic integration, AMRs/AGVs, or material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or AI-driven logistics solutions
Others:
- Mechatronic Engineer or similar
- Attend business travel
- Main task- Develop MTY city.
