Operations Manager Full-Time | On-Site | Mexico City (CDMX)

Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing Supervisors and their teams to consistently achieve operational and sales performance goals. This role requires a results-driven leader who can coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AVS Operations Supervisor.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Frontier Line of Business.
- No corrective actions within the last 6 months.
- No unjustified absences within the last 6 months.
- Consistently achieved or exceeded KPI goals during the last three fiscal months.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams while driving accountability and operational results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire Supervisors and Agents by setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
- Maintain a strong floor presence by providing real-time coaching, guidance, and operational support.
- Drive daily execution with a strong sense of urgency while ensuring operational objectives are achieved.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, communicate business updates, identify opportunities, and reinforce operational priorities.
- Complete regular coaching and performance evaluations, providing timely, actionable feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Monitor key operational metrics, including attendance, productivity, quality, sales performance, PTO, and other critical KPIs.
- Prepare and present weekly business reviews and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze performance trends and develop strategic action plans to improve team results.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to remove operational barriers and improve overall business performance.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture through recognition, coaching, and consistent leadership.
