Key Account leader (distribution)
Strategically manage assigned key distribution accounts by developing strong business relationships, identifying business opportunities, and offering technical solutions that generate value, satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained growth for those accounts, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s business objectives.
- Manage and develop key accounts in the industrial sector, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and design value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Provide specialized technical advice on products and solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key account performance indicators and propose actions to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Customer Service) to guarantee compliance with agreements.
- Prepare management reports and present results to management.
- Participate in strategic initiatives for market development and innovation in solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Completed technical degree or Engineering Degree
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within the industrial sector.
- Advanced knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, modular systems, or hydraulic power.
- Intermediate proficiency in technological tools (Excel, CRM, ERP).
- Competencies: Learning Agility, Customer Centricity, Building Relationships Through Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Business Acumen, Technical Acumen, Data & Technology Driven.
- Availability to travel 50% of the time.
- High level of English
We offer

Monthly gross salary of $25,00.00 + a monthly sales bonus of $35,000.
