AI Video Editor & Content Repurposing Specialist (Full-Time Remote)
About the Role
We are hiring a full-time AI Video Editor & Content Repurposing Specialist to transform long-form content into highly engaging short-form videos, social media content, and advertising creatives.
This is not a basic editing role.
We are looking for someone who understands attention, storytelling, audience retention, and content psychology. Your job is not simply to cut clips. Your job is to identify the most valuable moments from a piece of content and turn them into videos people actually want to watch.
You should be highly skilled with modern video editing software and AI-powered content creation tools.
If you have experience creating viral-style reels, repurposing podcasts, webinars, interviews, training videos, or CEO content into short-form content that captures attention, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, webinars, training videos, and recorded calls
- Identify the most valuable clips, insights, and attention-grabbing moments
- Transform long-form content into engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and video ads
- Create compelling hooks, improve pacing, and maximize audience retention
- Turn boring or educational content into engaging social media content
- Create AI-generated content using tools such as HeyGen, Kling, Runway, and similar platforms
- Create AI avatar videos, voice clone videos, and AI-enhanced content
- Add captions, motion graphics, b-roll, transitions, music, sound effects, zooms, and visual storytelling elements
- Create multiple variations of content for different platforms and campaigns
- Stay up to date with emerging AI video tools, social media trends, and editing techniques

Compensation
