We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the firm's integrated marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels while driving measurable growth, client acquisition, and brand awareness.

Why This Role Matters
As our Head of Marketing, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the firm's marketing vision while overseeing brand strategy, lead generation, campaign performance, and client acquisition.
You'll collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, Intake, Legal, and Creative teams to build integrated marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and support sustainable business growth.
Your work will directly influence brand visibility, marketing ROI, client acquisition, revenue growth, and the firm's continued expansion.

What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging media channels.
- Balance long-term brand development with short-term lead generation and revenue objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies that strengthen the firm's competitive position.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and referral initiatives.
- Own key performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Investment (ROI), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Develop scalable lead generation strategies that maximize marketing efficiency and business growth.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Technology
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and similar marketing technologies.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, automation workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve campaign development, creative production, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative marketing solutions.
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Develop executive dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and business impact.
- Monitor campaign performance using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Power BI, and similar reporting platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior, attribution, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Brand Management & Content Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of the firm's brand strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee content marketing, creative direction, messaging, and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, traditional advertising, sales collateral, and client communications.
- Guide the creation of high-performing marketing assets that strengthen engagement and conversion.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop internal marketing professionals while managing external agencies and strategic partners.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Partner closely with Legal, Intake, Operations, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within legal services, professional services, healthcare, or high-growth organizations.
- Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels.
- Extensive experience with SEO, paid media, social media advertising, email marketing, CRM automation, conversion optimization, and lead generation.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and attribution modeling.
- Professional proficiency in English with exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- Experience within Personal Injury law firms, legal services, or BPO organizations.
- Familiarity with Filevine, RingCentral, CallRail, and legal CRM platforms.
- Experience leading large marketing teams in high-growth environments.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of California legal advertising regulations.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve marketing strategy and operational efficiency.
