Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Co-Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Lead Teacher to design and implement interactive learning experiences, deliver differentiated instruction, and cultivate an inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with the Lead Teacher in planning, executing, and evaluating project-based and inquiry-driven learning activities.
- Facilitate small-group instruction, one-on-one interventions, and targeted activities to support diverse learning styles and developmental needs.
- Assist with English language reinforcement (ESL/bilingual contexts) and formative assessment strategies to track student growth.
Documentation & Communication
- Assist in maintaining student tracking records, portfolio documentation, and progress monitoring.
- Maintain open, professional communication with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support the home-school connection.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceRequirementDetailsEducationBachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Pshycology, Pedagogy, or a related field (or currently in final semesters).
Experience 1+ years of experience working with young learners in a classroom or small-group setting.
Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual environment).
MethodologyFamiliarity with active learning methodologies, project-based learning, and formative assessment tools.
