Acquisition Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Agent to join our growing Real Estate Investment team.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent persuasion skills, confident speaking over the phone, and comfortable building rapport with homeowners across the U.S. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, understanding seller situations, and guiding conversations toward signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage inbound leads from homeowners in the U.S.
- Contact property owners via phone and establish trust-based relationships
- Understand seller motivation and evaluate opportunities
- Negotiate and persuade homeowners to move forward with the selling process
- Secure signed agreements and transition files to the next department
- Maintain detailed follow-up and pipeline management in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
Requirements:
- Advanced English (spoken and written) – required
- Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or real estate preferred
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $25,000 MXN monthly
