What does our Interns program look like?
Each Vauxoo intern is assigned to a key project in the organization, which they will develop during their time at Vauxoo.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the People Operations team, along with your Sponsor and your leader. They will take care of giving you support and guide you in your tasks and organization. The project you will work on will be determined at the time of your entry. You will also have the opportunity to learn about other teams to identify possible areas of interest and find out about everything we do here at Vauxoo.
What is the profile Vauxoo needs?
We want to find developers who are eager to grow in a multicultural company, who enjoy development and a multidisciplinary environment, and with a real passion for code. Experience is not required, but it’s a plus. We are looking for people who are ready to face new challenges, who want to learn, and improve together with us, and thus, achieve an incredible team of people who can create services for our diverse clients.
You will probably interact with a variety of people, some more tech-oriented, others more business-oriented, and others who may not speak “programmer” language, so it’s important that you feel comfortable communicating and discussing your ideas in different scenarios.
