About the Role
This is a full-time position. We are not seeking self-employed consultants or bookkeepers.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Finance Analyst to help manage and oversee our financial operations.
This role is best for someone with strong experience in bookkeeping handling Accounts Payable and Receivables and some collections background.
You will work independently, support business decisions, and help keep our finances accurate and organized.
What You’ll Do
- Review and prepare financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee billing, payments, and collections
- Check accuracy of invoices and expenses
- Help improve finance processes and controls
- Work with leadership on financial planning
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5–7+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial reports and analysis
- Experience with billing, payments, or collections
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience using accounting tools (QuickBooks Online)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good written and spoken English/Spanish
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior relevant skills in Management
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Experience working with US-based companies
- CPA or MBA (not required)
