We are looking for a capable and customer-focused Project Manager to lead software implementations, system upgrades, and migrations for primarily U.S.-based customers. This role goes beyond traditional project management. It requires experience working in technical environments, customer engagement, and the ability to translate complex discussions into execution plans. The ideal candidate has experience in software or IT implementations and is comfortable working across teams while engaging directly with customers.
- Lead or coordinate end-to-end delivery of software implementations, upgrades and migrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand their environment, requirements, and constraints.
- Translate customer needs and technical discussions into actionable implementation plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, support, and product teams during deployment phases.
- Facilitate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues, particularly in technical environments.
- Ensure implementations are delivered on time while meeting customer requirements and expectations.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams.
- Track progress and help keep implementation activities moving forward.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in software implementations, IT deployments, or system migrations.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and leading discussions or meetings.
- Ability to understand and follow technical discussions (e.g., infrastructure, deployments, systems).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with U.S.-based customers and time zones.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in roles such as Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar.
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B software environments.
- Familiarity with software deployments, IT infrastructure, SaaS, or on-prem systems.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
