HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR
We are a company specialized in strategic construction management, with more than 40 years of experience and over 2 million square meters of construction projects completed under our supervision.
We are looking for a Health and Safety Supervisor with experience in construction projects, responsible for monitoring compliance with safety measures, identifying risks, and ensuring the implementation of current occupational health and safety regulations.

Safety supervision for construction activities in accordance with applicable regulations.

Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety plans.
-
Identification and assessment of risks on construction sites.
-
Personnel supervision and monitoring of safety protocols.
-
Knowledge and application of STPS safety regulations.
-
Proper use of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
-
Proper use and supervision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
-
Prepare follow-up reports for project safety documentation.
-
Develop and monitor action and contingency plans according to the work plan.
-
Review logistics for personnel, suppliers, and material deliveries.
-
Coordinate maintenance, hygiene, and training activities.
-
Communicate preventive, mitigation, and emergency measures.

Supervise and control high-risk activities, including:

Fire extinguisher handling and fire prevention.
-
Manual handling of loads.
-
Proper use of PPE.
-
Training and group management.
-
Work at heights.
-
High-risk electrical work.
-
Lockout/Tagout and safety signage (LOTO).
-
First aid.
-
Operation and supervision of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).

Strong sense of responsibility.

Leadership and teamwork skills.

Organization and follow-up.

Effective communication.

Honesty and loyalty to the company.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
