Responsible for the appropriate distribution and accessibility of documentation within the organization. Develop and document systems and procedures that enable better document control.
Responsibilities:

Receive all documentation from ECR’s, NPI, and support departments to allocate and control

Verify documentation to ensure it meets the minimal requirements according to the document.

Maintain all documentation updated and controlled to comply with external regulations and internal company procedures.

Training within the organization in all procedures for document control

Document distribution for new and reviewed documents

Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent, and thorough manner.

Responsible for document control changes
