We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support our development team in tracking work requests, anticipating and managing potential risks, and ensuring clear and effective communication between the development team and our clients. Responsibilities

Assist in client meetings and document use cases

Validate use cases with both the client and the development team

Conduct interviews and working sessions with clients to gather requirements

Translate client requirements into clear, actionable specifications

Support the team in monitoring work requests and identifying potential risks
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-
1+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst

Basic understanding of programming languages and software architecture

Basic experience creating use cases and flowcharts

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches (Waterfall)

Ability to analyze information and organize it in a logical, structured manner

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello

Experience with diagramming tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

English level: B1 or higher
