Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (EST)

We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a growing home services business. This role is the central point of communication, responsible for handling customer interactions, managing schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a passive admin role — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and keeps things moving.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments
Follow up with leads and past estimates to drive conversions
Manage calendars and scheduling for field teams
Create and maintain work orders in CRM systems
Track job data, costs, and basic reporting in spreadsheets
Coordinate material orders and ensure job readiness
Send daily updates and keep internal communication organized
Support light marketing efforts (review requests, basic content, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication (phone + written)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with CRMs, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
Professional, friendly, and confident on the phone
